AROUND THE WORLD (FOX44) – England, a paper-mache piggy bank was smashed in front of the Bank of England. Officials just announced 100-billion dollars is getting pumped into the British economy. Low interest rates and growing inflation is causing people to struggle to get a strong return on their savings. These protestors say the bank completely ignores the people who actually try to save.

New Zealand – A large container ship that's been stuck on a reef off the coast since yesterday is now leaking oil. "The damage is quite extensive and for that reason, it is very difficult to determine exactly where the oil is leaking from." Officials say already four seabirds have died in the oil slick which extends about 3-miles from the ship.

Israel – An ancient Jewish ritual is facing new opposition because of animal abuse concerns. Before the Yom Kippur holiday, many Jews pass on their sins to a chicken then kill it. Jewish leaders are urging followers to keep the tradition going with coins instead.

Norway – The country's famous albino moose was shot by a Danish hunter.

The hunter had no idea local hunters had entered a pack to protect it. The moose has been sent to a taxidermist.

Back to England – A guy is flying thanks to a rocket belt.

The contraptions are heavy and are fueled by 90-percent peroxide, which makes them incredibly dangerous. They're also very hard to control. That's why another guy, a rocket belt pilot, travels everywhere training people.
